Well-Being Days
As an organization, we believe your well-being is very important and is at the heart of our Conviviality culture.
In our effort to support you, employees are provided with well-being days to be used to recharge and focus on yourself. It is important to note that well-being days:
Are separate from PTO/vacation time. They should not be used as PTO days.
Must be entered in Workday using the time off type “wellbeing day”.
Must be used in the year they are given, they cannot be carried over into next year.
Well-being days are allotted per calendar year - for 2025 it will be 4 for full time employees and 2 for part time employees. New hire allotment will be prorated based on quarter in which you were hired.
Eligibility
All regular, full-time, part-time, and union/hourly employees of PRNA are eligible.
Note, if you terminate employment with the company you will not be paid out for any unused well-being days. Additionally, Well-being days will be forfeited upon notice of termination (by Employee or the Company).

Reach out to our EAP provider to access support which includes confidential health assessments, 3 face to face counseling sessions per issue per year, and a 24-hour hotline for personal crises.
