Medical Plan Options & Drug Coverage
AETNA HIGH DEDUCTIBLE HEALTH PLAN
Available to all benefit eligible employees.
HDHP provides the lower, per pay period contribution with annual employer incentives to reduce your out-of-pocket healthcare expenses (i.e. annual deductible).
Access to Health Savings Account.
Plus or Low plan options.
AETNA ALTERNATIVE PPO PLAN
Available to all benefit eligible employees.
Provides comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage.
Pays 100% of in-network preventative care expenses.
Offers the flexibility to receive care both in and out-of-network.
KAISER HMO*
Available to eligible Mumm Napa and Kenwood employees only.
This plan has no annual deductible but requires co-pays and coinsurance for all services, up to an annual out-of-pocket maximum (with the exception of preventive care, which is covered at 100%).
This plan also provides in-network medical and prescription drug coverage. No benefits are provided for any care or services received out-of-network.

* All charges are subject to annual deductible − except in-network co-pay charges and prescription drug co-pay charges (the amount you pay toward prescription drugs, however, is subject to an annual Rx out-of- pocket maximum (see above)).
**The Reasonable & Customary charge is based on the lowest of either the actual charge, the usual charge for the same or similar service, or the charge of most providers in the same geographic area for the same or similar services as determined by the carrier.
*** You will pay the full cost of any prescriptions until you meet the medical plan deductible (note that certain maintenance and preventive medications will not be subject to the deductible); once you meet the deductible, the applicable co-pay will apply.
