Elections are made between November 1 to November 15 through Workday, for coverage effective January 1, 2025.
Rates and Plan Updates
Aetna employee contributions will increase monthly by $1.19 - $36.85, depending on plan and coverage level elected.*
No increase for Kaiser employee contributions.
No increase for Metlife Dental and VSP Vision employee contributions.
Deductible for HDHP HSA Plus plan increased to $1,650 single coverage & $3,300 employee + 1 coverage per IRS regulations.
Health Savings Account contribution maximums increase to $4,300 for individual coverage and $8,550 for employee + 1 coverage.
Flexible Spending Account (Health care) limit increases to $3,300.

Aetna Over-the-Counter Health Solution (OTCHS)
Our new Over-the-Counter Health Solution program gives members up to $100 a year to use at CVS® retail locations to support employee wellness and productivity.
The average US family spends $442 every year on over-the-counter (OTC) items. Aetna®, a proud CVS Health® company, is committed to helping you feel and work your best, benefiting your health. That is why our OTC program gives each member up to $25 per quarter* to shop hundreds of CVS® retail health and wellness items, from pain relievers and cold medicine to bandages and much more. Members can conveniently shop for eligible products in-store, online or over the phone.
*For $25 allowance every 3 months offer:
January 1–March 31; April 1–June 30; July 1–September 30; October 1–December 31.
Pelvic Floor Program
We are pleased to announce the new Pelvic Floor Program*. The waitlist and program will be available here as of January 1, 2025: hinge.health/pernodricard-pelviccare.
The Pelvic Floor Program combines gentle exercise with 1-on-1 support from an expert clinical care team, including your own pelvic floor physical therapist. Get the right care when you need it most:
Pregnancy and postpartum - prepare for and recover from childbirth. Prevent back, hip, and pelvic pain. Rebuild your abs.
Bladder control, pelvic muscle relaxation and control - retrain your pelvic floor to reduce tension, relieve pain, and increase flexibility. Pelvic muscle strengthening - build your core muscles. Prevent leaks when you laugh, sneeze, or cough.

Reminders
PTO Buy Plan
Optional plan that allows eligible employees the opportunity to purchase up to five days of additional PTO time for the next calendar year.
Enrollment: Optional, once per year during Annual Enrollment. Must submit form before November 15, 2024 to na.humanresources@pernod-ricard.com!
Eligibility: Regular full-time active Corporate, Commercial, and Fort Smith employees
2. Remember that certain benefits and employee perks must be utilized by the end of the calendar year to avoid forfeiture. For more details on eligibility, deadlines, limits, and submission procedures, refer to the respective pages.
PTO days - You may carry over up to five days per year of your accrued, unused PTO time to the next calendar year; however, it must be used by April 30th of that year. If carry over PTO time is not taken by April 30th of the following year, it is lost.
FSA Funds - If enrolled, check your FSA balance! Remember FSA funds expire at the end of the year so don’t forget to use your funds before you lose them.
