Adoption & Surrogacy Reimbursement

Available to Pernod Ricard eligible employees, the adoption and surrogacy reimbursement provides reimbursement of legal expenses in the successful adoption of a child under the age of 18 or a surrogacy parenting arrangement. The lifetime reimbursement limits are:

• $10, 000 - for one child

• $20,000 - for two or more children.

  Eligible expenses include court costs and attorney fees. Ineligible expenses includes medical and cost of personal items such as clothing or food.
