Employee Assistance Fund
We are proud to announce the launch of the Pernod Ricard Employee Assistance Fund to support employees experiencing hardship.
Being Grounded in the Real means we understand that life is full of unexpected events. Be it an accident beyond your control, an illness or injury, a natural disaster, or a personal emergency, many of us have experienced these types of hardships firsthand and understand how quickly the unexpected bills and resulting financial stress can build up. We want you to know that you are not alone.
The Fund is reviewed, verified, and operated by America’s Charities, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with 40 years of expertise in charitable fund management. All decisions made are at the sole discretion of America’s Charities according to guidelines established within the Fund Policy.

Eligibility: Available to regular all full-time salaried employees, full-time hourly employees, and part-time hourly employees who work 30 hours or more a week, across North America (excluding ABG). The Pernod Ricard Employee Assistance Fund provides grants to employees facing extraordinary challenges. Once an application is deemed complete, decisions are made within 7 to 10 business days, and grants are awarded promptly to those who meet the eligibility criteria.
